What we collect
At registration we collect your legal name, email address, and Nigerian mobile number. If you later verify your identity, we also collect the identity details you submit for that check. We record account activity, including payments, so your balance stays accurate. We do not store card numbers or card security codes.
Why we use it
We use this information to create your wallet, confirm it is you, send account messages such as email verification and password resets, prevent fraud, and keep the records a payments business must keep. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep account records for as long as your wallet is open and for the period Nigerian financial record-keeping requires after it closes.
Your choices
You may ask us to access or correct your personal data, or to tell you what we hold. Write to support@retonpay.com. Some details must stay on file while your wallet is open, because we need them to operate the account and to meet legal duties.
